Who am I?
My work is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a therapeutic approach that acknowledges the internal pain and struggles that come with change while encouraging meaningful behavioral shifts. This is a gentle yet effective process—accepting emotions while actively creating a life that aligns with your values.
Mindfulness and somatic experiencing are key elements of my approach. Together, we will tap into your internal experiences to better understand and adapt your external world. I have seen firsthand the profound transformations that occur when we allow ourselves to be present with our bodies and commit to change.
I primarily work with couples and individuals (ages 18-45) who are high-functioning in many aspects of life but struggle in invisible ways—whether with stress, self-doubt, relationship challenges, or feelings of being stuck. Therapy can be valuable even if you are not in crisis. It can help you break unhelpful patterns, develop new ways of engaging with your thoughts and emotions, and take meaningful action toward a more fulfilling life.
