Bringing a baby into the world is a profound transition—one that comes with immense joy, but also challenges that can feel overwhelming.

This group offers a supportive space for new parents to share their experiences, process emotions, and connect with others navigating the postpartum period.

Whether you’re struggling with identity shifts, relationship changes, anxiety, or just need a space to feel heard, this group will provide guidance, validation, and practical tools to help you adjust to this new chapter.
