I strive to create a safe place for you to explore your internal world. Through a process of tapping into your feelings and body in the moment, we will explore together a deeper understand of your experiences. We will break patterns and work to reprogram the messages, and behaviors that no longer serves you. We will make actionable steps to change your life. We may work on deep, core issues in one sessions, and seemingly small, concrete stuck points in the next. For example, I may work with a client on deep seeded issues of attachment dating back to childhood, and then work on indecision they’re experiencing picking out an outfit, cleaning their closet, or struggles to start a fitness routine. The little struggles we have in life can represent bigger struggles and little changes can lead the way to significant shifts. We will develop coping skills to manage difficult emotions, while making changes in your life.
